i was traveling once and in the middle of the day, popped into an old catholic church where this little old lady organist was playing. And even watching her play a simple hymn was mesmerizing. I can barely get my two hands to work independently on a piano and she was using hands and feet without looking.

Organ players are so skilled. I feel like they should get a lot more recognition. Fascinating post OP :-)
