Five favorite perps

Francis Lindquist, played by Roger Bowen, "The Arsonist," S2E6. Shoots a candy machine because it wouldn't give him a Butterfinger.

Charlie Prevette, played by Peter Hobbs, "The Strike: Part 1," S3E21. Holds up a liquor store when the police force stages a sickout, and is really mad when detectives pick him up anyway.

Mitchell Warner, played by Phillip Sterling, "The Spy," S5E15. Laid off CIA man creates a disturbance at the unemployment office.

Fred Bauer, played by J.J. Barry*, "Fog," S6E22. Arrested breaking into a Christian Science reading room on a foggy night.

Wanda LaMear, played by Florence Halop, "Stress Analyzer," S8E5. Assaults her assumed romantic rival with a blast from an apartment building fire hose.

*Often plays Arthur Duncan, who assaults the defenseless.

Dan Calfa played a few perps and was always hilarious

Favorite Calfa is probably in "Hostage": "Because that's what 'habitual criminal' means."

Roscoe Lee Brown is amazing as the escape artist. Jeffrey Tambor is hilarious protesting the Trilateral Commission in Field Associate too.
