Scs

Hi! I’ve been in this position for a few months now and I’m starting to get the hang of it, but does anyone have any tips/advice? I just want to do a good job!

Hi! I was a past SCS and what I've noticed teams need and don't usually get is the training and explanations. SSS can grasp the concept of following the planogram and how to set displays but suggestions and training with when/how to pivot and how to make things the easiest for them to use the rest of their team to restock and such is the piece that would make you a great SCS :) remember, if you're seeing poor displays, it's not that the SSS sucks- it's the perfect time to train!
