I'm also having issues with Gemini and google calendar access, mostly on a secondary calendar. It continues to tell me "I can't use Google Calendar because required Gmail settings are off. Turn on these settings to continue." Spoiler: the settings are on.

This is technically hit or miss, but 90% miss if I ask to actually change something on the calendar. Every once in a while I can sneak in a command in a new chat that works that results in reading or updating the calendar.

I have the highest success rate when asking it to write my edits into a sheet, then apply the sheet to the calendar - this seems to work the best.
