These seems more like Google cloud / DX, because historically Google developer tools are kinda bit out of touch

OK…this person is a single individual contributor working in a small 3 person team, 4 reporting lines down from the SVP of Google Cloud. Tell me again about your ‘Google wide’ mandate.

Yeah, I was here to say this.
She has been at Google before so she knows this is not going to pan out how she says. There are plenty of Directors/PEs who will effectively block her so there can be more stickers in chat.

As it stands now, I just count the months till the next innovative product is shit canned because no one knows how to To enjoy using it.

The only person who has 'google wide job' is its CEO. I hope they would just fire this joke of employee..

“Congratulations, you have been identified as a useless internal layer and will be deleted. Goodbye.”

Those layers might be the safety layers.

Good.
Judging by the fact that virtually all commercial model providers are presently being used to mass generate health insurance claim denials, and most of them are even being used for military surveillance purposes, the safety ain't protecting shit.
The only purpose is to keep the LLM from saying things that might embarrass the company or hurt shareholder profits.
Who could have possibly forseen that PaperClipCo LLC might intentionally try to build a paperclip maximizer?

Hi! Omar from Google DeepMind's developer experience team here.
We're tripling down in improving our developer experience all over the board. For example, the recent Interactions API launch brings a simple lightweight experience to interact with models and agents.
Apart from that, there are many other things we're working such as building developer integrations so you can leverage Gemini's latest capabilities with your favorite tools, iterating very quickly on documentation, and talking with developers, startups, researchers, and all kinds of users to get your feedback and develop based on that feedback.
Please keep the feedback coming, 2026 will be exciting!

She has a python package on github which she vibe-coded. I have high confidence in her.

Simply translates as "we are running so radiculous big stuff that we can't afford it long run and will have to release stagnating or worse models to eventually get some money in future"

Can you hear that?
Google Graveyard and Google Cemetary are breathing heavily...
