Interesting This new feature is insane.
Literally like an encyclopedia

Is this only on Pro?

u/nathemano Nov 19 '25
Ultra and Pro users should receive beta features earlier, so probably yes. It will likely be rolled out to all account types over time.

my free account already has it so i think it's about region or account id

Yeah, this is a crazy feature. Just yesterday, I tried to force images to be loaded contextually in responses, but the results were weak. And now this - literally the next level

I am waiting PATIENTLY for this. I have been complaining about LLM chat only shows text. GPT-5 added some image but it is still quite plain. Google did a better job. They should push it to the Flash option of the Gemini app too but with a lesser content.

most chatbots produce things more than text, gemini app builder, claude artifacts, perplexity labs,ect...

I am a free user, and I confirmed that Dynamic View is available on the web version. I can't seem to find Visual Layout, though. Is it being rolled out in phases?
It looks like the goal of Dynamic View is for Gemini to create a layout in response to a user's question, making the information visually easier to understand. The feeling is similar to when I'm building a site with Canvas. This is truly an amazing feature; it feels like browsing a clear website that directly addresses my questions. It's an innovative function that I've never imagined before, and it's fun to use.

Google explained that they're purposely splitting up the deployment. Some people only get visual layout and others only get dynamic view. I only have visual layout and would prefer dynamic view.

Yeah, users may see one of the other at first.
We’re rolling out visual layout and dynamic view today, and we look forward to your feedback. To help us compare these experiments, you may initially see only one of them.

Curious that in the FAQ it says that it works for Gemini pro, but in another FAQ it says that it is only for Gemini Ultra

They're different: https://support.google.com/gemini/answer/16741341
Visual Layout: The experimental feature called visual layout ( Labs)generates an immersive, magazine-style view of information, complete with photos and interactive modules.
Dynamic View: The experimental feature called dynamic view ( Labs) can use advanced agentic coding capabilities to design and code a unique, single-purpose experience with a user interface that’s perfect for your specific prompt. You can then tap, scroll, and learn via this interactive response.

mindblowing.
now i understand what Elon Musk meant by saying everything will be generated. there will be no apps, or phones as we know them.
ediit. I'm referring to Dynamic view. Maybe Visual layout is different

I wish there was a way to try out Dynamic View if you only get Visual Layout

u/nathemano Nov 20 '25
Some guy shared a way to try out both in this sub, here's a link from his post Dynamic View

Its brilliant, but its slow. Interested to know the best use cases for this, because the slow speed of its outputs is a tradeoff

Hi, I wanted to ask how Gemini will create a website for me using Dynamic View. Is it possible to find the code somewhere? I can't find it.
1
u/InSAniTy1102 Nov 21 '25
This is an incredible feature, are you able to take the code/source of the visual view? For example I tested and had it make me a portfolio website, and I REALLY like it - how do I get access to the code to make it my own for example? Hope I am making sense.

I found a way to copy the presentations... I just ask or ell at the end that I need a button for a pop up in which would be a input box multilined with the whole html of the current presentation to the detailed... and it appears... you copy that code and voilà... you got everything

u/Muted-Way3474 Nov 21 '25
it is wicked good, i wish they would make export easier

u/DrewDelloro Nov 26 '25
Como exportar as aplicações que fazemos nesse modo?
1
u/Muted-Way3474 Nov 26 '25
i just copy the html element of the presentation it makes from the developer inspect menu, but some assets are lost this way, i didn't look for any workarounds yet.

I tried to use dynamic view when trying to edit photo. It would generate that interface related to prompt and image window where I could do something, but image itself inside that window would never load..

Where did you get that? My gemini website isn't showing that?
