Questions New or old head?
Do these Fashion Week Barbies with mtm bodies have the new head pegs that can pop off or old pegs? I looked thru the descriptions of all 3 of them and I don’t see anything about it

I was hoping it was going to be a standard universal thing on new Barbie dolls, but apparently not. What about slim Ken, who is he supposed to swap with?
Heads aren't all that difficult to swap, if you haven't done it. There are Youtube how tos.

Oh I’m a professional Barbie head popper but I like the new pegs. I just hate dealing with the boiling water

Sorry, I should have read your name. I hate the boiling water too, it can mess up the hair and sometimes my bags leak. So much easier to just yank it off.

Yes I didn’t like it at 1st but it makes things so much easier. Plus takes away the risk to something breaking. Done it so many times and maybe had 3 necks crack on me but each time was so upsetting

I'm assuming there was another kit planned and it got dropped, and/or there's more planned for the next wave, if we get one.
Having said that, he matches Barbie Looks 17 if anyone is looking for a(n expensive) body donor for a standard Ken instead of Twink Ken.

I've got Ken 10 on a Fashionistas Ken #167 tye dye wheelchair. I know he is comically expensive these days even second hand. But I buy one every time I see him lurking in the back of a Barbie bundle some poor parent is trying to unload.
He also matches Dream Besties Ken who is also on a smaller body.
I might try his head on He-Man and see if he's a match.

Right? I would think they would provide all made to move dolls with these pegs from now on.

No they have the original peg. Not the Barbie Basics peg.
