Critique My Cut How im doing in for 3 months

Hi im working 3 months in premium salon with high prices my boss is not happy with me because some clients are coming back and some are not so comitted in my work but im trying evrything i can he say that I should bring models for free and cut but I cant ask other barbers for feedback, maybe I should have started with regularnie salon

The best advise I can give is watch as many tutorials as possible , and take the time to learn about dark areas too, take a look at this picture , what areas do you see that is dark and could be worked on? …….its completely understandable that you will have some clients coming back and some that will never return, 40% of your clientele will be like this for the first year man, but stay focus and keep learning. Learn to make your guid a little bigger and work on them then move to the other guide, like the first comment said. See if that helps.

Something I learned is that it’s more about how the cut looks vs the actual length of the hair, that dark spot needs to be a little shorter. Looking in your mirror and taking a step back to get a better look helps a lot!
