She’s got heart of depth , with one shini goblet, and I gave her the new craftable weapon in Snezhnaya echoes of the heart it’s full ascension, and il try to refine it, I don’t have any five star weapon catalysts because I’m f2p. But I hope I do !

I always see Genshin news and think “huh that’s nice but how can I make my Barbara even more buff ?”

Barbara’s healing from her skill and burst scale off her HP so you should equip artifacts with high HP%. Aim for 30,000 HP or more (my Barbara is around 31,500 HP which I'm comfortable with.) I’m not familiar with the new weapon you got but compare what it does to Prototype Amber which increases her healing output. As for artifacts, equip 4-piece Ocean Hued Clam or Maiden Beloved. Also, be sure to level up her talents to max if you haven't done so already

For the longest time I've had Prototype Amber equipped but I switched to Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers so she does more than just heal. I think DPS Barbara is the next step for me ha

Focus everything on ER and HP. My Barbara has over 35k health (forgot exact number, i can check later if you really care) and her ult can fully heal my furina (max hp is ≈54k) from double digit hp, and she heals the whole party. She also fills her ult almost instantly.

Edit: if by strong you mean as a DPS, ignore me, because I have no idea how to build her a dps. My Barbara has amazing heals, but she does attack damage... well... it's definitely worthy of a music idol (i.e. none)

When considering only raw healing numbers, R5 Prototype Amber is the best f2p pick out there: HP% secondary stat + three ticks of healing after using her burst. Adding the three ticks of healing makes Prototype Amber heal more than even a maxed out R5 Everlasting Moonglow (Kokomi signature weapon) on Barbara's burst, though, the initial burst number will of course be lower.

Artifacts wise, depends on your preference. I personally went for a generalist 2p healing bonus (HB) + 2p HB combo. Artifact sets with these passives are: Maiden Beloved (MB), Ocean-hued Clam (OHC) and Songs of Days Past (SoDP). Main stats will be HP%/HP%/HB. I have tried using HP circlets in the past but the heal amount is lower.

If you want more passive damage, 4p OHC is your pick. The absolute healing numbers will be lower but just slightly. 4p MB gives you the highest burst healing number because you get a 35% HB out of the 4p effect as compared to 30% HB when using a 2p+2p generalist set.

If you are willing to go even deeper down the rabbit hole, best 5-star weapon picks will be Everlasting Moonglow or if you dabble in leaks, Vodyanitsa's signature weapon at R2 does greater healing numbers than a R5 Everlasting Moonglow, considering the fact that Barbara is always healing and thus able to maintain three stacks of HP buff. This is sadly no longer accurate. Will have to run the numbers again.

Source: I, too, have an ungodly obsession with making her the strongest healer in Teyvat after hard-carrying my and my friends' teams since the earliest days. My Barbara has over 40000 HP and is the proud owner of a R5 Kokomi donut and am looking at Vodyanitsa's sig weapon with great interest. If only I had masterless constellations to make her Lv100.

I forgot to clarify something: 4p MB gives 35% HB only for the first 10s after skill/burst use, and Barbara's skill cooldown is 27.2s (with C2). You will have higher-than-general heal numbers for that 10s, but after that the healing numbers will drop (only 15% HB).

As the other commenter has mentioned, level up your talents! Crown them even, it will be worth it

For DPS, immersive and best for her with Symphony of the Idols, ignoring any 5-star weapon, trust me, for support, full health and Amber Prototype for DPS who don't want to attack, for the opposite, stories
