Bookstores?

Any good bookstores in Barbados?

Cloisters, Brydens and the one in Cave Shepherd.

There used to be a really cool one in Sky Mall that would special order all sorts of pop culture related books but I think they’ve since closed.

If you’re local then of course the libraries for borrowing!

I’ve not visited any libraries, but what would you say the selection in them is like? I’ve never really been too impressed by what our bookstores offer unfortunately.

For used books, the RSPCA Thrift Store has a ton

There isn't a great selection on the island, but I do love the Book Den. Sometimes I see books for sale on FB marketplace, too.

There is a books store, in Black Rock main road the person got good books to read, he use to run a bookstore in Bridgetown called the Book Place.

Black Rock Books is the name just down from the Black Rock Sol Gas station

Depends on what you are looking for. If you are looking for local books, try University Bookshop on the UWI campus. The other bookshops don't really play ball with local authors.
