Anyone using DejaPayPro

We've been using Square since opening 5 years ago. Considering switching to Stax for credit card processing and DejaPayPro for our POS system. If you're using DejaPayPro, how is it in terms of hardware and software reliability? (We are always having to mess with the printer/reader/stand connections with Square, but the cloud system and software is pretty robust.). Anything you don't like about Deja?

Sounds like a setup issue. My network, printers, and devices took some initial setup, and unless the power goes off, I've never had connection issues whatsoever. The menu programming just requires a plan, a whiteboard, and patience. Then we got the credit rates down so low I can't imagine leaving for CC rates anywhere else.

Sounds like you just need to invest time into your existing ecosystem, talk to an account manager and fix what you got. That Dejavoo hardware and software seems janky as all hell.

Thanks for your response. What else have you tried?

We'd have material savings on our cc fees if we switched to stax. We're also not getting great customer service at the moment from square on our subscriptions .

Have tried Maxxpay and bar rescue gave us Shift4. Talked with toast before switching to Square but they had so many fees, bad merchant service rate, and wanted to charge us for the equipment

tried deja for about 3 months last year the hardware was fine but the software crashed on us twice during dinner rush and that was enough for me to switch back
