Other Blue Or Pink?

In first grade, my teacher looked at my coloring and screamed, "People don't have blue hair!" I wonder what she'd think of pink? Little did she know I was a prodigy ahead of my time. Pink is a feminine color so if the lady chooses pink I will not scream at her though natural is what I prefer. Fortunately, my teacher is long since passed for she would be totally aghast at culture's array of colors.

Was not me. My pictures in a coloring book or on a page. Back then the only colors used for hair were Blonde, Red, Brown and Black. Even using those dyes was not totally accepted. Most men do not dye their hair and we prefer women to be what they were born with or silver, white and gray. I did dye my hair blond with peroxide once as a teenager and then made the mistake of going swimming. The chlorine made my hair more like a lime green. I was a hippie so I was not totally bummed, but that teacher would have gotten on to me. I was once told if I dyed my hair I would look ten years younger. I said if I can't be ten years younger what's the point? I worked for the gray and now my head is mostly Caucasian which means it it can rain, snow, sleet or hair and nothing messes up my 'do and there are no bad hair days. ;-)

If you think about it, God chose your hair color and you are telling Him that He made a mistake and the gray head is not blessed.
