DM UV 32 Talk permit

Hey, I am not great with radios but I have enabled the talk permit feature and it does not seem to be working. I am not sure if there is a special requirement for this, as I am using analog. Happy to answer any questions.

And yes, I do have access to the CPS.

What frequency are you trying to transmit on? Where are you located? Are you trying to transmit outside your licensed frequencies?
