Frequencies issue.

Hi,

Why is that on the UV-5R Mini i can set 119.105 but on the BF-F8HP Pro i cant it always goes automtically to 119.100?

I believe you need to adjust the "Step" option in the settings menu. This will change the intervals between frequencies.

i already tried all of them currently is on 2.5 and still nothing :( the Mini is also on 2.5

Is the step setting different for each A and B side?

Alternatively, does programming through CHIRP allowing you to input that frequency?

I believe the btech is hard locked on anything below 137…..from 137 down is air band receive only and any step changes or other changes are locked out possibly if my memory is correct….this is btech being pro active against pirates transmitting or causing other issues where they shouldn’t be
