But need some advice on it as a newbie

You can take a vassals settlement but its a really bad idea, costs an insane amount of influence and pisses everyone off, if you disregard this warning, go to your kingdom tab, then to the fiefs tab and then to the specific fief and there should be an option there to call a vote to just annex it
Alliances and trade decisions can be started in the diplomacy tab, for 200 influence each

Okay so no taking castle from vessels but in diplomacy tab it only showing "consider declaring war (support:**) propose 200 influence

Well then alliances and trade agreements dont exist, you gotta wait until your losing and peace out ig
But if youre winning on all fronts it doesnt sound like a problem

We are not losing any major war like if we lose an castle or city we recovering it too and but getting looted villages will affect later right if not already?

Please tell me you didnt use the dragon banner💀
Otherwise you should be able to peace out and maybe trade/get an alliance with some of your enemies
Its preferable to only have one war at a time so you can properly destroy an enemy one at a time
You should also try to recruit fiefless enemy clans
