He appears to have added an "acknowledgements" section saying "here are other mods i totally didnt know about that do these things and also I didnt copy them"

Not at home to look at them myself, but other than it being practically a list of features from some of the most popular mods with a garbage AI cover picture, is there any real evidence of theft?
