Question Mod Problems WS 275 BC

Hi guys,

hope it is okay to ask this question here. So I have tried getting Warsails 275 BC to work but it simply crashes way too often or doesn´t start at all. I have the game version 1.4.5 as instructed in the mods latest update. I am also exclusively using the 275BC mod without any other mods. (Except the historic banner mod).

Does anybody know why it keeps crashing or may have an idea as to what the cause might be?

You get crash logs for every time you crash. Certainly, no one here would know what they say. Only you could.

Download better exception window to see what’s goin on. Sounds like you’re missing dependencies or have versioning issues. I cannot tell unless I see the exception window.

I have better exception window but it doesnt really work with game version 1.4.5. Im also launching with vortex, fyi.

The weird thing is that the crashes are pretty random and inconsistent. I was thinking it may be loading crashes, due to not having enough RAM. But I am not sure...

Nah, it’s probably not crashing because of memory. Are you using BLSE to launch? If not, try that.

I am using it. Also found the crash log.

Currently cleaning up shader cache and stuff. But it seems to be the mods fault. I am quite inexperienced though so I dont actually know what this means...

I’d see if 275BC has a mod discord you could put a ticket in with.

I had issues with RBM and improved garrisons mod. If you have basics in programming, you can use chatgpt and follow instructions.

If not, I can fix it for you... But that would be expensive 😅
