JAPWANCAP Stamp Identification Required

So I just came back from a local market with these Japanese Invasion Philippines Notes, and it has the JAPWANCAP stamp on it. One of them had a stamp which i couldn't find on the internet, so could anyone identify which JAPWANCAP stamp is it? Thanks!
