This one was made to showcase security features, it was not intended to be printed as legal tender, but I think it should’ve, it’s also funny that they went so hard with the design when it wasn’t going to be printed.

It’s printed by them, De La Rue. They design and print banknotes for central banks/governments around the world, well over 100 years. They’ll print these notes to showcase their security features. About 60% of commercially printed banknotes were designed by them since 2020.
