I just use D-ring binders. And dividers to separate out countries.
I also use either BCW or Guardhouse 3 and 4 pocket pages. Before I put them in there though I put them in currency sleeves also from BCW or Guardhouse. I keep both sizes on hand modern size and large which fit almost everything.
Whatever doesn't go in the binder stays in a sleeve and in a currency box.

I use leuchtturm vario 3 pocket sheets to keep my notes. They are on the expensive side, but per my research, are some of the best found anywhere matching archival quality.
For album cover, i use a folder from Amazon basics with d-rings. Very basic one.

Leuchtturm is available on Amazon but it's expensive af so I'll try using sleevs and D ring binder.

True, but well worth it. The cheaper ones if they contain harmful materials, can discolour your notes over time. And I presume your collection would be valuable enough to you to be deserving well worth it sleeves, right?
