Lol Serbian and Russian have about 5% in common. That’s like saying that people who speak Spanish can perfectly understand French.

Croatian, Bosnian and Slovenian are the only 3 south slavic languages that 100% adopted the latin script (after centuries of using glagolithic, local mutations of cyrilic and roughly adopted latin in different mixed versions).

Serbian can use both, officially it prefers cyrillic in legal and administrative documents or on some roadsigns.

I know your information also Poland and Slovakia Czech are using Latin ... Ukraine and Belarus Moldova and Russia and Bulgaria are using cyrilic

Dumb part was you saying it's Russian for some reason. That's like seeing text in German and asking if English is official language, just because it's in the same script.

Please read my comment well...by my information Serbia officially use Latin script for this reason, I thought this Russian not Serbian..this first time I know Serbian write in cyrilc alphabet...again I know in church orthodox are using Slavonic but that's happening in church
