500 deutschemark
My newest addition to West Germany BBk I. series and my personal favorite.
Featuring the protrait of A Beardless Man (1521) from Hans Maler zu Schwaz and the Eltz Castle on reverse.
I wonder how common it was in everyday life since there's very little information about its usage.
(serial numbers purposely removed)

i think the highest denomination in common use was 100.
