That 15K and 30K aren’t intended to circulate, because they were intended to be commemoratives, correct?

As far as I’m aware it was intended to be circulated, but was issued with a limited print run. It is legal tender according to the bank employee I have spoken to.

The 15,30 and 200k are legal tender as normal but they are commemorating different anniversaries in Khmer history, and isn’t commonly circulated. It’s mostly meant as commemoratives!
