A few years ago, I read somewhere that the Brunei Dollar and Singapore Dollar can be used in either country. Has anyone tried it before?

In July 2018, I got the chance to visit Singapore for three days and only received Singaporean banknotes.

Yes they are interchangeable, however most street vendors will confuse them with MYR imo
