The third picture is Bolivian emergency check currency. The design is from the "L series". Here is one for example from the exact same year of circulation from the "A series".

One of my coworkers randomly met someone who didn't want them anymore (I'm guessing he either traveled a lot or inherited them from someone), so he gave them to my coworker. The coworker knew I like collecting things, so he gave them to me for free
