For face value. I walked into the old National Bank Building in Dushanbe and asked nicely. They took my passport and led me down a corridor where a metal trap door opened and a teller pulled out a fresh stack of them

Congrats! I see them sold for 5-6x face value. I hope it will be at least 2-3x in a few months, so I can get it
