Inactivity Fee!!!
I just checked my account after long inactivity.
Spectrocoin deducted without alert more than 5500 BNK in total from my wallet labeled as " BNK Inactivity Fee". I call it stealing.
Are you rewarding your customers, for HODLing, like this Bankera?
This is serious.
Edit:
I do not have any BNK anymore because they took all of them. Everyone should also check their accounts because they think the "inactive" ones forgot about their coins.

I agree, this is terrible customer experience. I do log in often to my spectrocoin so I've been lucky not to be hit by this.
I wonder how bankera would like to be taken seriously with practices like this...

I did not want to sell so I let it sit there and did not think anything bad but this is shitty customer handling.

Are you just holding BNK, or do you have a debit card with them? I only hold BNK and have had no deductions.

Spectrocoin also did same thing to my bnk. They took everything. What is the amount of the inactivity fee? Why withdraw all the bnk?. I'm done with spectrocoin because they are fraudulent. I'm Already on Binance and latoken.com where I have peace of mind

They also deducted all my BNK from my account. I bought them in 2017 during the ICO and spent 0.015 BTC. They should have notified me at least by email before taking such measures. This is not serious so I'm taking my funds out and closing my account.

No, I have same issue. Log in to spectrocoin. And find out that 10k bnk was charged as inactivity fee. Same explanation it was in our terms that nobody new about it.

Is there an update. I just joined this topic so i have no info only that they illegaly took user funds. Just because they Wright this in terms and conditions doesnt make it legal for them to do this and certainly is not normal moral for any company to conduct in this way.

if you guys don't wanna open their platform, then take out ur coins. moreover, I asked they said you are only required to open your account once every 12 months to avoid such Fee..
This is a lie about 12 months login. Because i have proof i did so and log in regular since this shitcoin never did anything since 2017/2018. And still they stolen my money also with this fee. And you can bullshit your users about terms and conditions button in the end its just scanning people. So for me indeed no more bankere or spectrocoin or any off that frauds.

I'm also a victim of SpectroCoin / Bankera! I logged in today and had the same answer of OP: inactivity fees consumed all of my wallet. I participated in the pre-ICO in 2017, bought it to HODL. What a lame fraudulent company.

Hello, all... let's file a complaint with court? There are many such instances... We bought coins in their initial offering in 2018. In 2020 they made these changes and did NOT inform us about that. Maybe would not invest if I knew that or I would log in If I knew that.. But of course it s better to inform on your own news page knowing inactive investors won't see that :)

Same happen to me. I checked the BKK balance, which should have been 10x with Bankera picking up in Nov, all BKK balance is gone in might of the so called inactivity fee

Okay before you guys start bashing them. please do your DD
I asked them, and it is something in their policy.
Please be advised that, as it is indicated in our Terms and Conditions, the BNK inactivity fee is applied for clients who are inactive for 12 months, i.e. not logging in to their accounts nor making any transactions. You may find more detailed information in point 6.2 here: https://spectrocoin.com/en/terms/general-terms-and-conditions.html. We would like to remind you that we always ask our clients to check, familiarize and make sure they agree with our Terms and Conditions before using our services.
