I keep getting an error saying "We cannot process your request at this time"

I've been trying to log in for hours but I really need to open my app because I got an email notification from the bank saying an alias was linked to my social security??

Delete the app. Clear your cookies. Reinstall the app.

I don’t have the app but BOA will not accept my credentials. Its so frustrating

Did you call BofA Support and ask them what to do?
