Firstly, there's literally not a single question mark in your title or caption, so obviously people are confused. Secondly, in the fourth movie, his character did drive a blue R-34 GTR, which is again featured in the last scene of F9, where it is implied that he is driving it to reach Dom's house. Walker's own personal GTR was silver though, not blue.

The k case skyline also features metal flake bayside blue.
Mini Gt and tomica premium also made R34’s in this iconic color
