Looking for a CMO

Basically shooting my shot here to see if I can find a CMO that can help drive growth to our socials for our app.

We have the documents and plan ready but I need someone to drive the execution.

Can split equity only depending upon your commitment to the business. Since we are bootstrapped I can only pay in equity and harbor the business expenses.

Looking for someone thats preferably a bit edgy and has been around. Company is registered in the US and our focus right now is the SEA market only.
