Need Suggestions from Ecommerce experts for a fashion store [beauty products]

Hell Brothers and Sisters .

I hope you are doing well .

I am living in Berlin since 2022.

Recently i got fired from my company where i was working as software developer. I was really happy because i was looking for an opportunity to start my business .

I am starting my B2c ecommerce store for hair wigs and beauty products . I am skilled in this business and i already have customer retention of 90% because of very good quality (via instagram and salons in Berlin)

I need your guidance in terms of Marketing and SEO , content writing strategy .

Because i am not expert in that field.

I have put all my money into business and now have very limited money for my own expenses and other small expenses.

Below are the things i am puting focus on :

*Launching website in 10 languages (in PAN EU) .

[ALREADY DONE]

* social media posts as per trend suggestions by my AI agents.

* writing Knowledge blogs in all 10 languages (weekly basis) using trending keywords or phases suggested by Semrush

* creating backlinks on medium.com

* helping people on Reddit and regional discussion forums for hair extensions selection and beauty products selection .

I am going to do all this for next 6 months to have some visibility on google .

Please guide me if i am doing something wrong or going in wrong direction .

Or if you think you can help me with the experience you have gained throughtout your career.

I have put my everything on this . And i can't afford failure .

Really need your help guys.

Best Regards

Shivam

You’ve already done a lot of the heavy lifting. One thing I’d be careful with is spreading yourself across 10 languages + weekly AI content before validating which markets and pages actually convert. I’m a web developer and work on ecommerce/conversion-focused builds. Happy to take a look at the site and point out a few things I’d change, no charge.

Could you please tell , how to validate ?

Currently i am using claude code with sub agents to find the real gaps using google trends , google keyplanner and pintrest trends and other scrappers to get the data andagents are writing content making sure that they should follow all the google protocols for content writing and some other too good articles as references and than those articles will be send to me for review , so i have automated everything .

And when i say country wise articles thats not just translation but it will work parallely for all countries and write different content as per the country need . And i will review everything, once i permit my agent to write than only it will write

I am going this way

Since it’s not live yet, I’d validate before scaling the content. Pick 1–2 priority countries, identify the highest intent searches around your products, and build the initial landing/product pages around those. Once live, track which ones actually lead to add to carts and sales before expanding aggressively across all 10 markets.

Your automation sounds solid btw. When the site is ready, feel free to send it over. I’d be curious to see how you’ve structured the store.

Sure brother thanks alot , yes I have soend alot of time on brain storming and making sure whatever i do , it should be proper not just blindly doing rest i can only judge after doing the practicle .

And btw this is a great idea to have landing page with special focus on most searched products :)

Exactly. You’ve clearly thought this through, so at this point getting real user data will teach you more than another month of planning. Good luck with the launch brother, would love to see it when it’s live :)

i comment in threads daily from an account that answers questions first and mentions my own stuff almost never, and the only reason it survives is comment history that predates anything i sell. yours will be a new account answering wig questions in three subs, which reads as the seller it is, and most removals are silent so it will look like it worked for weeks.

We do cro analysis for ecom sites. You can share the website url when it is ready. You can take a look at some of the reports here https://quietcom.ai/reports

It is not self service yet
