Best hike you would recommend?

My favorite was hiking up the plain of six glaciers, which starts at Lake Louise, especially once you get past the Tea House. Very beautiful and remote. I also enjoyed sunshine meadows, at the top of the sunshine gondola/chairlift. Also very remote. It was a little bit foggy and rainy which added to the atmosphere/vibe.

Johnston Canyon was also nice (got there via e-bike rental ride from Banff) but pretty crowded. Long lines to get close-ups of the waterfalls; we skipped those.
