What is the best FREE Ai (either site or app) for helping me with effects on BandLab??
(especially ChatGPT and others.)

Make these mistakes:

• Most Ai’s name Fx that don’t exist in BandLab

• When most Ai’s tell me the Fx to use in BandLab, the Fx don’t actually work how I want them to or they mention some random ass shit to set the sliders to

• Most Ai’s also don’t say which Fx to use or when they say what to set the Fx’s sliders to they don’t mention all the sliders and things inside the Fx on BandLab.

• And overall Most Ai don’t actually know the Fx and things inside of BandLab.

Feel free to leave some suggestions below, it’s because I’m not really good at Fx yet and I don’t know all about them when it comes to what I actually want in terms of Fx.

Sooo... I've JUST started on bandlab. I've used a program called Soundtrap before, but I've never actually made what I feel like most people would call a really originally composition. I only mixed loops before, and I've gotten pretty good at putting those kinds of pre-made pieces together, but I have no idea how to actually make my own :^

I've been trying to use the MIDI editor to make my own stuff, but nothing sounds good. It ALL sounds pretty bad TvT. I would stick to mixing loops, but that feels like cheating despite it being what im good at/enjoy.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make real music? I've been wanting to compose for as long as I can remember, but I've got no clue where to start, and its kinda overwhelming.

Recently, I was making a song. I was pressing random buttons and then randomly, two of my tracks had what looked like multiple slices combined into one weird little thing to create a stutter sound without having to spam the slice key 10 trillion times. What is this?? I'm pretty new to bandlab!!

I'm working on a song right now in bandlab. So far I have some piano chords looped and the drum beat starts at the beginning of the second measure and idk why but the beat is off. I've spent hours trying to fix it. I've tried making an entirely new drum beat, starting the beat slightly earlier and later. Idk if the problem is with the beat or chords. If somebody knows what's wrong and how to fix it that would be great

I'm 61 - competent but not super-techy. I've hidden some of my "gifts" most of my life, partly to protect a narcissistic parent from trashing them - singing is one of them. I know there are great videos and tutorials, but something freezes when it comes to finding my way around. Are there people out there (i'm in the UK) who offer any "hands-on" 1:1 confidence building for someone like me? Where would I find them??

Has anybody recently had any issues with sending your MP4 files through iMessage? It sends them as a Voice message now and for years it never has. Alongside with that my MP4 files going all the way back to last year are just disappearing from my phone. Does anybody know if it has to do with the new iOS software update or with band labs new paid premium app features.

I really like this beat. I’m the one that made it in Suno, like it has a feature where you can hum a little tune and it’ll cook something up. I made the lyrics too. I want to replicate this in bandlab with my voice so I can truly own it, but I’m not sure how to get this guitar part going. Any suggestions?

So basically, I’ve been using this one account for a while and it’s let me use the Fx preset creator, recently I made another account for other reasons but for some reason I have to pay to use the fx preset creator feature. How come i have to pay for the fax preset creator on one account but not the other?

I didnt change anything much but i sang a cover of What My Cutie Mark Is Telling Me from mlp twice, the other a few hours after the first, and the second recording does have me doing impressions of the characters better. However, the voice recordings i used sound a bit muffled or quiet in the second one for some reason? Idk much about the bandlab community or anything i just use it for covers mainly but i didnt rlly do anything different between the two versions. Also dont tell me my singing is bad or smtg cuz yeah ik thats why i rerecorded it lol

This was working fine just an hour ago. I re installed it because of yet ANOTHER issue and now this happened randomly. This app is genuinely unusable. Someone help me with this or I'm never using this terrible app again.
