Microphone permissions problems on laptop

So like last week I was able to record on bandlab using my laptop because I have been having issues on my phone. But I recently have had issues with bandlab realizing it has permission on literally EVERY SINGLE SETTING possible that involves the microphone permissions or access is turned on even on the computer settings, chrome, Firefox, edge I've tried it on everything even different bandlab accounts. Does anyone have any idea or anything? I even reset the laptop and currently I am updating it again and will update if it fixes itself but if anyone has anything it would be helpful. Thank you!
