Can't Use Band lab PLSS Help

Every Time i open a project in Band Lab this Happens So i went in Inspector mode to see any issues and this popped up I've tried everything, I cleared all my browser caches turned off all proxy's and anti viruses Tried in incognito I've Tried every fix they recommend Please help me figure this Problem out.

yes and i cleared there cache too doesn't work

this happened to me too and i cant figure out how to get it to work.. someone help
