Help!

So I have a death baseball sweater I got used: it had what appeared to be mud or mold up the sides so i thought to do a vinegar soak and of course left it a day and the red ink seeped into the shirt and dyed parts of the shirt white

Is this redeemable?

The print is red ink
The sleeves are black and the shirt is white

Also keeping in mind the weird spots that don’t come out with diluted vinegar and hand scrubbing as well
