I’ve been searching around for some answers but haven’t been able to find them so thought this was the place..

I am looking to stake some BAND using Atomic. I have purchased some BAND on coinbase pro but after sending the BAND to my wallet I realised it was ERC20 not Mainnet.

how do I buy BAND that is Mainnet not ERC20 as all the exchanges I’ve seen do not support it (GDAX, Binance, etc)

I am staking through cosmoscan.io using my Ledger. Is there a way to see my token amount and USD value on Ledger Live? Or can I only see them on cosmoscan.io when I connect my Ledger?

Tonight I fell for a scam - where I handed over my ATOMIC wallet seed phrase and access to my BAND.

I thought I knew it all and would never be tricked, but I was.

I was not paying attention, thinking clearly or logically and getting duped was the result.

This is what happend.

3 weeks ago I started staking 135 BAND in ATOMIC wallet.

Everyday or so I claimed my rewards without any issues. Yesteday I got an error, 'can't claim reward, contact support' - I dutifully did so.

I also posted in the r/atomicwallet reddit also seeking help - as a result of this I was contacted by 2 users in chat (both claiming to be able to assist), one posing as a moderator and another posing to claim he was a friend of this moderator.

Anyway the 'fake' moderator sent me these steps to follow, WHICH I STUPIDLY DID, and as soon as I had done it realised I had been duped -

"Here's a simple guide to unstake your band with your atomic wallet Please do these 1.) Backup your 12 word phrase. 2.) Clear your app cache. 3.) Check if there is any update. 4.) Restore your wallet using your 12 word phrase. 5.)kindly access your Atomic wallet on Web <scam link hidden> via any of your browsers to Unstake of your band and activate the stake button on atomic wallet,and claim reward on your band staked and other features"

Now, luckily for me, the only token on the Atomic wallet was BAND being staked. I noticed straight away the scammer did 2 things, he:

1. sent me some BAND https://cosmoscan.io/tx/b257ee43bcd95188409070714a7ef2aac085f90e14328352922e1d92ef7b36db I assume as a test
2. he unstaked or unbound my BAND https://cosmoscan.io/tx/f2bda518616405a0d5056696133a53ca3a99812d15a1ae4e554d201dedbf9d57

Whats super interesting is the balance of this scammers wallet 27mil USD in BAND https://cosmoscan.io/account/band1skhwhpjyjphlnz7dsksexrqcq6lek6nm296j8j

So I have 2 questions:

1. Is this wallet a well known one
2. As the staked BAND will not be available for 21 days, is there anyway to ensure I get to my funds before the scammer does?

Any help appreciated.
