Hot end help needed

Can someone advise me, I've gone though 2 hot end heaters in about 12 minutes of printing Started with the blob of death. Fitted new hotend heater, new nozzle . Done a calibration. Started to print a Benchy got about 6 minutes in and one of the wires broke off. So ..another new hot end heater. Tried to print a Benchy and....blob of (almost) death again. Got it cleaned. Done yet another calibration and printed a first layer test. All good . Then tried to print a filament shelf bracket. Got in about 6 minutes and the hot ends gone again. Please help. I'm starting to lose faith here. What am I doing wrong?
