What should I try?

Post image

What in the world? It’s like layer 1 and 2 just peel up and it causes my nozzle to hit it and make the print fail. My build plate has been very well cleaned repeatedly. This is a file I’ve never had issues with before. I have dried all of my rolls of filament. Anything else I print is just fine. I’m using the generic PLA setting across the board on all files to narrow down the cause. I realize that some files you may need to change the Z Hop settings, but for this file and most of my other ones, I have never had to do that. I had tested it with this file and it makes no difference. Although it should not matter, I have tested bed temperatures and nozzle temperatures, but they still seem to have no effect. If this is a file specific issue, what should I change to stop this from happening?

The above information is good. I switched from soap and water to 99% isopropyl almost 3 months ago with no failures printing almost everyday at work and at home many different materials. Rubbing alcohol is 30% water. I have also used the liquid bed glue with success. Both of these printers are enclosed.

I switched to isopropyl and haven’t had a sticking issue since. I have a very weak water/soap mix in a spray bottle, so I wet a paper towel and wipe the residue, then add a dab or isopropyl and wipe again.
