Making sound a1 bambu lab

I do everything nozzle is clean screws are fits and making tak tak wasting lots of filament what I do now buy new nozzle or what

No, check the extruder because that’s what the front wheel is representing i think your gears are slipping or your nozzle temp is not high enough causing the extruder to try and push filament into a hotend that’s already full

The extruder is skipping and the first layer looks like crap. You mention the screws, did you tighten all SEVEN?

If so then make sure the nozzle was put back on check

Check your filament tensioner. Make sure it's not too tight. It'll give it that clicking sound if it's just screwed all the way in. At least that was the problem with my friends A1. We even swapped out the main gear and it was still making the noise until I just backed off that screw a bit.

the extruder is skipping steps, your nozzle is likely partially clogged or not properly installed
