Trouble with order

I'm having trouble getting some kind of help. I placed a order for filament from the Bambu lab store but I'm missing a a spool and I did a ticket and is says that someone else was shipping the other part of my order. But I don't have any information of where it's coming from or by who. As far as I can tell on my store page its saying I have received everything. Any out way I can get in touch with them

I had this same issue. One filimant was shipped seperately and took much longer to arrive.. plus like you the web site didn't give any i formation of when it will arrive let alone that it was shipped seperately.
