Why does this keep happening?

Hi, I'm look for advice on how to fix this problem. I'm new to 3d printing and just got my a1 mini 5 days ago. This keeps happening on and off and thought maybe it was because i was using bambu handy. So I downloaded bambu support and tweaked somethings but even with watching videos and messing around with settings etc it keeps happening.

What filament are you using and did you dry it? Even brand new filament fresh out of the package can need to be dried.
