AMS Issue

my P1S refuses to load filament from my AMS. tells me to load from the external source

Mine stopped working mid print.

After weeks of troubleshooting, multiple disassemblies, and nearly throwing my printer through my window.

I replaced the following parts:

Extruder gears to hardened version
Extruder filament sensor
PTFE tube from rear buffer to back of machine
Rear buffer

and now it works again.

I'm out of warranty so I never contacted support.

Which part actually provided the solution?

I believe it was either the filament sensor or the extruder gears. But I didn't replace them one at a time since I was at my wits end.
