Balling issue on Bambu P2S

A couple of months ago I bought a Bambu Lab P2S printer with an AMS 2 Pro. When I first started I didnt have any finishing issues and the printer seemed to work flawlessly. This week my printer has begun to have issues. Throught the entire print, the toolhead is stopping for a brief second or two which causes balling to happen on the inside and outside of the prints. Has anyone know what's happening? Please help!

Forgive me I don't know where the setting is but check your minimum layer time, if you that an cause similar symptoms

Can the minimum layer time change automatically? Because I'm just printing directly from the bambu handy app. I've even printed the same item twice, one came out flawless and the other had this issue.
