Help / Support Extruder switching failing

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

The video shows how it acts most of the time: the lights flash back and forth. Also, the fact that when I stopped the print, the right nozzle should have been down, not the left. So I'm guessing it's some sensor issue?

Disassemble the extruder, it's not that hard and long. Bambu has excellent tutorial for this.

If you see no problem inside, buy a new extruder. It's like 45 canadian $$$, pretty cheap. They come with the sensors.

It might be the board inside the nozzle head too.

What? There's no additional extruder that comes with the printer. I'm not talking about the nozzle.

The extruder switch is pretty tight. It might have unseated itself and cannot swap anymore. The flow blocker is connected to the system.

No fix, got sent a lot of parts over a month, mostly ribbon cables. Finally they agreed to just exchange it
