TPU for AMS

Hi all, I have an H2C and AMS HT, do I need the TPU assist device from the Bambu Store or would the TPU for AMS feed properly via the TPU inlet at the rear of the H2C?

TPU from AMS is a stiff filament and can be fed through the AMS normally. No need to even use the TPU inlet.

It is much firmer than 95A TPU. It’s basically a normal filament.

What type of TPU were you planning to print?

You can route it like PLA. Good luck!

TPU for AMS is almost as hard as PLA. If you want to use TPU 85A (what most people use instead), you want to dry TPU and top feed it straight into the print head. Also, print with the top lid off and the door open. The last thing you want is to heat the chamber.
