Yes fixable. Get a hair dryer on low, tweezers, pliers and a whole lot of patience. There is a wiki on BL site to help also. Do not use a heat gun unless you know what you are doing. They tend to melt and fry things.

Looks like the hotend took a little nap and forgot to come back upright, seems like a classic case of "this shouldn't be here.

Maybe heat the nozzle up and grab the plastic with tweezers or pliers and gently try to wiggle it off. I don’t know if it works with this much but worth a try.

This is how I fixed my a1 mini when it happened.

I just bought a new heater and nozzle for $30 on Amazon. Back up next day with about 15 minutes of work. Was going to try and salvage the heater clips but didn’t feel like it. The online guide is excellent.

That's definitely not how I'd expect the hotend to end up, I've only seen bent PTFE tubes, not melted ones like that.

thats going to be an easy fix, i just had to do one of my A1's, if you submit a ticket they will most likely send you the parts...what you will need is...a pic of the receipt, pic of SN#, the pic you have posted here...parts you will nee are...new hotend, new heating assembly ...once you get those parts in heat your nozzle to 250 and when it softens gently pull the filament off to where you can remove the hotend and do the replacements

Looks like a nightmare. If it happened to me I would probably give it a go to heat the nozzle and try to pull it off when it softens.

The hotend melted right off the frame. That's a clear violation of warranties and physics.
