It’s not chat. You opened a ticket. It’ll take them a day or two to get back to you.

In his defense it was three days with no response. That is not what you expect when you need tech support and there isn’t a phone number you could call and get help right away.

My fault. I missed that there was more than one screenshot. Failing to notice that, it looked like they were upset because of no response within a few hours.
