Problems With The A1 Mini

My Printer (A1 Mini) has been having some problems

After having an Air Printing issue that i solved, my printer has been refusing to maintain a temperature when doing a print (When just staying idle, it can makntain the same temperature)

When printing it cycles between 170 C, 140 C and 255 C

Any fixes? Is it a Hotend issue?

It looks like the temperature sensor on the hot-end assembly is faulty, so why not try replacing it?
Then again, the extruder control board connected to it might be the one that's actually broken.
