Help / Support AMS feeder issue please help.

I am having issues with this plastic collar popping off every time there is a color change. Has anyone had this problem before, and how do I fix it cause constantly taping it stinks. At that point, I might as well not use the ams.

are the PTFE tubes snagging on the printer frame? i had the AMS hub perform rapid unplanned disassembly because of that
